How it Works?

  • JustFlipIt is designed specifically with Canadian resellers in mind, as other continents have unique games, ratings, and prices. We are only able to offer these prices for Canadians, but you are welcome to send them from anywhere in the world! As for our other features, they are optimized for Canadian systems, but you can use them anywhere!

  • We only need the items you are looking to sell. If any additional items are found in the package we will contact the seller to update them about the increased value of their package.

  • All shipments come with a standard $100.00 coverage (subject to the shipping company’s approval after we submit the claim).

    If you would like to add more insurance coverage, please contact us and we can offer you insurance options (the cost would be deducted from your total offer).

  • It’s simple! Once you have accepted a quote, we will mail you a free shipping label. Simply pack your device and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post office. You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received and inspected it.

  • Once your device arrives at our warehouse, it typically takes about 1 to 2 business day for the payment to be issued. You can choose to be paid by PayPal or Interac E-Tansfer, which are the quickest, or by cheque mailed to you.

    During busy periods (usually indicated on a banner at top of our website), the turnaround time can be extended from 1 to approximately 5 business days.

  • You're welcome to send an email with pictures to info@justflipit.ca for a quote.
    In general we stick mostly to the items that are on our website list, but if we can't buy it we can also refer you to a buyer who pays well for your kind of item.

    Please don't send any items that have not been approved as we cannot guarantee return shipping.

  • If we think your phone is in better shape than you listed, we will raise its value. If your phone is in worse shape than listed, we will contact you with a revised offer which you can accept or decline. If you
    decline, we will send your phone back to you at no cost*.

    *If the device is blacklisted (reported as lost or stolen), or is ID locked (iCloud, Google, or BlackBerry ID locked) ; Or if the device sent is not a model that we advertise buying, the customer would have to pay for the return shipping should they wish to receive it back.  Similarly, if the customer sent their item(s) and changed their minds and want their item(s) back before we were able to process their trade-in, the customer would need to cover the shipping fees.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
