Condition Guidelines!!

    • Device must not be in or password locked; major deduction will apply
    • If a device is logged into a user account; major deduction will apply can be up to a 100%
    • Devices that are using third party parts can result to 50% to 100% deduction
    • We do not purchase devices that are account locked, carrier blacklisted, under financial obligations or are too damaged to be properly tested

  • Acceptable Condition Issues

    These condition flaws still qualify for full price:

    • Handheld systems missing chargers, battery slot caps, or styluses
    • Light, repairable scratching on discs (FREE Resurfacing!)
    • Disc games with cases that need replacing due to heavy stickering, plastic chips, etc. (Cover art must be in great shape)

    Common Deductions

    Set value deductions:

    • -$0 for Pokemon games with dry save batteries
    • -$1 for games that need cleaning due to visible dirt or residue

    -50% for:

    • Moderate to heavy wear to label, box, or cover art
    • Sun fading
    • Marker
    • Cartridges with rattling plastic
    • Water damage

    -100% (full deduction) for:

    • Unrepairable discs (deep scratching)
    • Cartridges with plastic chips
    • Discs with top scratching
    • Reproduction games (inauthentic copies)

  • Acceptable flaws:

    • Scratched screen lens covers are OK
    • Missing battery slot cap is OK

    Condition requirements:

    • Must have clean, corrosion-free battery compartments
    • Must be tested and fully working
    • Must show no dirt
    • Shell must show only very light wear/scratching

    -50% for:

    • Moderate-heavy shell wear
    • Deep scratching on shell

    -100% (full deduction) for:

    • No volume
    • Dead buttons
    • Dead screen pixels
    • Inability to read games

  • Acceptable flaws:

    • Light wear
    • Missing stylus
    • Missing charger

    General requirements:

    • Must show very minor scratches/wear to plastic or screen

    -50% or more for:

    • Moderate/heavy wear to shell or screen
    • Other cosmetic issues

    -100% for operational issues including:

    • Yellowed screens
    • Dead pixels in screens
    • Discolored screen spots
    • Inability to read games
    • Dead buttons
    • Dead charge port
    • JoyCon drift
    • Faulty or cracked hinges

  • Acceptable flaws:

    • Minor scratches, scuffs, and label wear are OK

    Set value deductions:

    • -$1 for cartridges with visible dirt or residue
    • -$0 for Pokemon games with dry save batteries

    -50% for:

    • Label tears
    • Stickers over label
    • Water damage
    • Heavy wear or marker

    -100% deduction for:

    • Broken plastic, chips, or cracks on cartridges
    • Non-functioning cartridges
    • Battery corrosion on internal board

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Any PlayStation 1 or DreamCast games that are missing their manual/cover art must be sold as Loose.
    • Disc (or DS game) must be playable and show only light scratches from use with no top scratching.

    -100% deduction for:

    • Disc does not play after resurfacing (unrepairable)
    • Non-NTSC games

  • All units are required to have their exterior cleaned prior to shipment and be free of dirt/grime. Uncleaned units may be subject to a $40/hr cleaning service fee.

    All console prices are for “Loose” console-only units, OEM controllers can be listed separately.

    We do not accept broken consoles.

    AV/HDMI/RF cables, power adapters without standalone offers, and 3rd party cables are assigned $0 value.

    Standard and OLED Switch consoles only have "complete" offers which require a matching dock and Joy-Con Controller pair.

    Joy-Con controller-only submissions require the matching pair. Wrist strap is optional.

    25-50% Deduction

    • Small chips
    • Heavy scratches
    • Stickers/residue
    • Parental lock
    • Chipped ports
    • Button issues

    100% Deduction

    • Heavy yellowing or discoloration
    • Gouging
    • Cracks
    • Laser failure
    • No power
    • Broken or non-working console
    • Modded units

    Other Deductions and Bonuses

    • -$10 for PS3, PS4, or Xbox One with missing hard drive
    • -$5 for Xbox 360 Slim with missing hard drive (4GB models are excluded)
    • +$5 for Xbox 360 power brick and power adapter
    • +$3 for NES power adapter
    • +$5 for SNES power adapter
    • +$4 for GameCube, N64, and Wii power adapter
    • +$5 for Wii U power adapter (not Wii U gamepad power adapter)
    • +$10 for Xbox One power brick and power adapter

  • Acceptable wear

    • Light scratches
    • Missing battery cover
    • Wear on rear sticker label

    25-50% Deduction

    • Heavy scratches
    • Stickers/residue
    • Visible Dirt
    • Heavy stick rubber wear

    100% Deduction

    • Third-party and inauthentic controllers
    • Yellowing/discoloration
    • Gouging
    • Chips or cracks in plastic
    • Broken or non-working controllers
    • Button issues
    • No power
    • Frayed or nicked wires
    • Loose or drifting stick
    • Sync doesn't function
    • Battery corrosion
    • Plastic melting
    • Bad wire kinks
    • Modded units
    • Wavebird controllers must include the controller and receiver

    Other Deductions and Bonuses

    • Wii motion plus remotes must be embedded motion plus feature, not the motion plus adapter. No value will be assigned to external adapters.
